I offer short-term online mindfulness courses. The course can be modified in time, space and content according to your individual wishes, needs, intentions and possibilities.

More integrated holistic approaches are also a possibility. I am trained as a psychologist, mindfulness trainer, yoga teacher and creative consciousness coach. As a psychologist I have been working with cognitive behavioral therapy, eating and weight problems, teaching mindfulness meditation and acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT). I also like to integrate yoga philosophy & asanas and my sense of humor.
