Breathwork in Fisterra for Camino Integration, Emotional Wellbeing & Nervous System Support

Conscious Connected Breathwork in Fisterra, Galicia

Dates coming up for open group session: Sunday at 16.00-18.00.

At the end of the Camino, many people discover that arriving is only the beginning.

After days or weeks of walking, slowing down often allows emotions, insights, questions and tensions that were pushed aside during everyday life to emerge. Some people feel clarity. Others feel overwhelmed, emotional, restless or uncertain about what comes next.

Breathwork offers a space to pause.

To listen.

To integrate.

These Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions in Fisterra are designed for pilgrims, travelers, surfers, expats and individuals moving through transition who are looking for a grounded, psychologically informed and holistic approach to wellbeing.

As a psychologist, somatic practitioner and trauma-sensitive facilitator with more than 17 years of experience, I combine evidence-informed psychology with body-based practices to support deeper self-awareness, nervous system regulation and meaningful integration.

A Holistic and Psychologically Informed Approach

My work bridges psychology and embodied practice.

Rather than working only with thoughts or only with the body, I integrate multiple approaches to support the whole person: mind, body, emotions and nervous system.

My approach draws from:

• Psychology and evidence-informed practice
• Somatic approaches and nervous system regulation
• Mindfulness and meditation
• Conscious Connected Breathwork
• Himalayan Kriya Yoga traditions
• Trauma-sensitive facilitation
• Body awareness and integration practices

This creates a safe, grounded and holistic container where personal exploration can happen with care and professional guidance.

What Is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Conscious Connected Breathwork is an active breathing practice that works directly with the body and nervous system.

Through intentional breathing patterns, people often experience increased body awareness, emotional processing, deeper relaxation and new perspectives.

People join breathwork sessions in Fisterra for:

• Camino integration and reflection
• Stress reduction and nervous system regulation
• Emotional processing and life transitions
• Burnout and overwhelm
• Reconnection with body and emotions
• Greater clarity and self-awareness
• Personal growth and exploration

Every experience is different.

There is no need to force, perform or achieve anything.

The Breath Journey Experience

Sessions are intentionally small and personal.

A typical breathwork journey includes:

• Arrival and grounding practices
• Gentle movement and nervous system regulation
• Intention setting
• Conscious Connected Breathwork journey
• Music-supported experience
• Guided integration and reflection
• Tea and time to land afterward

You do not need previous experience.

You do not need to be spiritual.

You do not need to do it perfectly.

You are welcome exactly as you are.
